Day 4: Peppermint Essential Oil

Love Peppermint! This is my by far most favorite smell. I had to go and get me a peppermint plant this year just so I could smell it out in my garden! I love this smell. It cheers me up when I am down and I just love this Essential Oil! When I was driving cross country and having to eat fast food all the time this was the only thing I could smell and help my digestion! The great thing is I only had to smell it and it was all good. I also love to use this oil topically but remember this is a hot oil and you should always, always use carrier oil with this. **Reminder if you ever get essential oils in my eye or other sensitive area use carrier oil to flush DO NOT USE WATER, water and oil do not work well together.** All time favorite Diffuser Combination is Peppermint, Thieves, and Purification. It smells so good and this is a great combination to use in the winter time.

Day 3: Frankincense Essential Oil

Frankincense is the main essential oil I use in my facial moisturizer in the morning. My skin is softer and glows from using it! My combo is Frankincense, Elemi, and Lavender. I also use Frankincense in the winter time to keep me healthy, I diffuse, use in my Netti Pot and apply to the bridge of my nose. I use this with Jojoba Oil but you can also use this oil without carrier oil if you need to. I like to mix it though so I have a longer effect. Essential Oil used on it’s own evaporates faster and doesn’t last as long.

Some other great ways to use Frankincense Essential Oil.

• Inhale frankincense essential oil after lunch to spiritually refocus.
• Rub frankincense essential oil on the bottom of your feet to help alleviate nervous energy.

Day 2: Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender Essential Oil is known as the swiss army knife of oils. You can use it for just about anything! I love this Essential Oil in my diffuser. The Diffuser Combo I use is Peppermint, Lemon and Lavender. It smells heavenly, I also use this combination in a Roll On as well I just add Jojoba Oil! I also use this in my shampoo and bath soak as well to help me relax after a long day.

Day 1: Lemon Essential Oil

Lemon is an amazing oil, you can do a lot with it. I use it as a combo Essential Oil in my Diffuser. My favorite combination right now is Lemon, Thieves and Purification. I also use this oil to clean. I add a couple drops to my cleaning solution. This also makes a great oil to remove crayon from anything, marker too!
